LIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
Thank you for your recent purchase of our products. Due to the nature of our living products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in most circumstances. This is due to a number of external factors.
Living biological items such as Glow Plants have a limited box or package life and require special handling during transportation and storage to ensure their quality and safety. Therefore, once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee their freshness or quality.
However, if you believe that the product you received is defective or spoiled due to a manufacturing or packaging error, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require additional information or evidence to confirm the issue and will assess each case on an individual basis.
Please note that if the product was mishandled, improperly stored, or environmental factors impacted it's care, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise. Additionally, if you have changed your mind or no longer want the product, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to the perishable nature of the item.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns on living products - these items are final sale. That being said, we care about your experience & will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience purchasing from us.
If you have a problem with your order, follow these steps:
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following;
Description of the issue
Photos of damage to packaging and or plants.
- Photo of the shipping label on the package
Do not throw anything out as carrier might request their return as proof.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All plants are handpicked and guaranteed to be pest & disease free and premium quality.
If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com
A damaged leaf or two does not qualify for store credit.
We are not responsible for packages that are left at the post office or outside at the time of delivery (please track your package using the tracking number provided).
We address each request on a case by case basis and all exchanges, credits, & refunds are at our sole discretion. Thanks!
