LIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
At Glow Plant, we understand that nurturing living products requires a bit of finesse. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our straightforward return policy.
Returns Accepted for 30 Days:
You may return your Glow Plants within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Flat Rate Return Shipping:
For returns, a flat rate return shipping fee of $50.00 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and we issue next-day return labels for live plants.
No Restocking Fee:
We believe in transparent and fair return policies. Therefore, Glow Plant does not charge any restocking fees on returned items. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the flat rate return shipping fee.

Drop us an email at glowplantinc@gmail.com, and include the following details:
Description of the issue.
Order number.
Photos of any damage to packaging or plants.
Photo of the shipping label on the package.
Hold onto everything as the carrier may ask for proof upon return.
Damaged Products:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you spot any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, get in touch with us ASAP. We're dedicated to sorting things out for you.
All our handpicked plants are guaranteed to be pest and disease-free, and of premium quality.
Dealing with Damaged Plants? Contact Us Within 24 Hours:
Shoot us an email at glowplantinc@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order if your plants arrive damaged.
Important Notes:
- A damaged leaf or two won't qualify for store credit or return.
- We're not responsible for packages left unattended at the post office or outside during delivery (keep an eye on that tracking number).
- While every effort is made to protect live products during shipping in the winter months by using heat packs and insulated packaging, purchasing our live tropical plants in freezing winter temperatures poses a risk to the health of the plants which we cannot guarantee to replace. Live products which experience cold damage are not eligible for refund.
- Orders placed by mistake can be refunded however they will incur a $5 to $25 fee for phytosanitary certification/inspection which is automatically booked and accounted for after your purchase.
